After shampooing with GrowFast Shampoo, apply conditioner to wet hair. Massage scalp vigorously in all directions. Leave on for at least 3-5 minutes then rinse. Use daily as required.

it is the best shampoo and conditioner i have ever used, i love it .
Pros: my hair growed out so fast that my friends keep asking me why is my hair growing out so fast.
Cons: not one thing that i can think are i love it ,it also smell good loveeeeeeeee it.
